We are a family run, women owned, building science company in Eastern Washington. 

Since launching Energy Incentives, we have partnered with builders, architects, developers, and utilities to bring expertise to their energy efficiency projects. Energy Incentives was awarded Energy Star Partner of the year in 2017 and 2018. We offer excellent service with timely turn around and commitment to our partners.

Lori Sanders is the owner and lead consultant for Energy Incentives, INC.  Lori is a certified Energy Star Rater, PTCS certified, Level 1 and level 2 thermographer and holds advanced certificates in energy auditing and inspections.  Lori has an Associate of Science degree in Engineering Technology and has years of practical experience in the field of energy efficiency.

Lori is passionate about sustainability as evidenced by her service to her community. She is an elected official to the Benton PUD Commission and has served on the Executive Board of Energy Northwest;

Jordan Sanders goes all in with a determination that was practiced while hiking the entire 2,658 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail.  Jordan has an Associate of Arts degree and a background in construction.  He has many years of practical business experience and is studying to be an Energy Star field rater.  He is PTCS certified and is determined to see your efficiency projects through to completion.

Daniel Sanders pays attention to detail.  That’s what makes him an excellent utility inspector.  Daniel works part time for Energy Incentives, inspecting heat pumps, windows, and weatherization projects for electric and gas utilities.  He is currently working towards his degree in computer science. Not to be outdone, Daniel has also hiked the entire 2,658 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail.
